A Bucket List is about ticking off things you've seen, places you've been and stuff you've always wanted to try.

A Challenge List is about finding out what you're really made of - all of these are since turning 40 (October 2025)

Below you'll find a list of items designed to test my character physically, mentally and spiritually.

2025 Challenges
1. 45km/ 4 days/ 4200m Altitude Inca Trail to Machu Picchu (Physical)
2. 4 x Ayahuasca ceremonies in a week in the Amazon jungle (Spiritual)
3. Build and launch my first app (Mental)
4. Take up road cycling/ velodrome riding (Physical)
5. Start writing more - This blog, personal journal, socials + a recipe book (Mental)
6. Hit 80kg @ 10% body fat (Physical)
- Oct 23 - 76.1 kg, 15.1% body fat
- Nov 21 - 76.4kg, 11.3% body fat

2026 Physical Challenges
1. Complete 4 x Triathlons by the end of March (Physical)
2. Get my blue belt in BJJ
3. Get in the ring for my first boxing match
